Where do I get my attendee badge?
You may pick it up at the registration center when you arrive at ChemOutsourcing

What is absolutely unique about Pharma ChemOutsourcing?
It is the only time during the year when large numbers of sourcing managers from pharmaceutical and biotech managers gather to interact among THEMSELVES. It is the only small molecule chemical sourcing event that combines both high-quality information and networking.

What is covered in my registration?
All conference sessions, meals, and receptions, and registration materials.

I'm an exhibitor – what access do I have to the conference sessions and networking events?
Al passes are full access and you may attend all sessions, meals, and receptions.

Can you send me a receipt?
Please request it at info@chemoutsourcing.com.

I'm staying at a different hotel than the conference one – do you provide transportation?
We provide shuttle service among the overflow hotels so you can get to and from them easily. See the "Hotel" link for details.

What is your cancellation policy?
We will be happy to refund your payment, less 5%, if you choose to cancel your attendance at ten business days (10) prior to the start of the event. Cancellations thereafter will receive a letter of credit for a future ChemOutsourcing event.

Some presentations were missing from the workbook? Can I get them after the show?
You will be notified by email when they are posted on the site

Can I purchase a day or exhibit pass only?
No. Pharma ChemOutsourcing is an exclusive, high-level event. Full rate passes only are available.
